Smiley is seeking a commercially driven Head of Partnerships to lead and grow our licensing business across key international markets, partnering with licensees and retailers to delivery revenue, growth and long-term brand value.
In this role you will own the full lifecycle of partnerships, from identifying opportunities and negotiating agreements to expanding existing accounts and maximizing royalty revenue. You will collaborate with product, marketing, sales, finance and legal teams worldwide.
