Your exceptional leadership capabilities will inspire and empower, as you lead our operational and regulatory learning activity across the Society, shaping high-quality training that is modern, consistent, scalable and aligned to business priorities.

You'll oversee training design, delivery, scheduling, governance and continuous improvement, lead a team of 6 Specialist Operational & Regulatory Trainers, and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.

• Strong, visible people leader who role models, cares, connects and coaches to drive performance, change, positive engagement and deliver against challenging objectives.
• Strong Learning & Development experience gained ideally within a regulated environment.
• Proven ability to lead the design, delivery and governance of operational, technical and regulatory training.
• Significant experience managing enterprise‑wide training operations, schedules and resources.
• Strong consultancy and confidence influencing senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into practical learning solutions.
• The ability to use data, insight and evaluation to improve learning quality, efficiency and impact.
• High levels of organisation, resilience and adaptability in a change environment
