Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Manager – Motor Finance Compliance to lead risk-based support for the Motor Finance business. You will act as a senior second-line partner, shaping compliance advice across products, journeys and governance, while driving improvements in the control environment.
You will line manage and coach junior colleagues, deputise for the Head of Compliance when required, and contribute to governance forums and oversight plans.
