HC-One is seeking a Regional Support Manager to lead care homes through periods of leadership transition and improvement. You will oversee operations, drive quality and regulatory compliance while partnering with Directors and central teams to deliver sustainable outcomes across multiple homes.
You will develop people, coach Home Managers, and implement durable systems. The role requires travel across England, Scotland and Wales with 37.5 hours weekly and strong commercial awareness.
