As we continue to evolve, we're looking for an exceptional Group Parts Manager to join our Aftersales Leadership Team and help shape the future of Parts across our business.
This is far more than a traditional Head Office role.
It's an opportunity to influence strategy, support our dealerships, develop our people and play a key role in the continued success of a business where relationships, trust and long-term thinking matter.
The OpportunityReporting directly to the Group Aftersales Director, you'll provide strategic leadership for Parts across the Group.
Working as part of the Aftersales Leadership Team, you'll work closely with dealership leadership teams to drive commercial performance, improve operational excellence and ensure our Parts operations continue to deliver outstanding service to both internal and external customers.
You'll spend time within our dealerships, working alongside our Parts teams, listening, coaching, identifying opportunities and supporting continuous improvement. Success in this role isn't simply about improving financial performance—it's about developing people, strengthening relationships and creating an environment where our teams can perform at their very best.
You'll also play a pivotal role in supporting the continued growth of our Trade Parts operation, identifying new commercial opportunities, strengthening supplier and manufacturer relationships, and helping position
D. M. Keith for continued success.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering the Group Parts strategy.
- Driving Parts profitability across all dealerships.
- Leading Parts purchasing activity and supplier relationships.
- Maximising Parts margin and commercial performance.
- Improving stock turn whilst reducing obsolescence.
- Developing inventory management and stock optimisation strategies.
- Supporting the continued expansion of our Trade Parts operation.
- Identifying new commercial opportunities across retail and trade channels.
- Developing pricing strategies and commercial initiatives.
- Building strong relationships with our manufacturer partners.
- Analysing Parts performance and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Managing and improving key Parts KPIs, including stock turn, obsolescence, availability, gross profit and trade sales growth.
- Supporting and developing our Parts teams.
- Encouraging collaboration and sharing best practice across the Group.
- Championing operational excellence and exceptional customer service.
We're looking for an experienced automotive Parts leader who enjoys developing people as much as improving performance.
