Operated by St Mary's Care Group, Adel Square is a stunning purpose-built care home in the heart of North Leeds, providing residential, dementia and respite care within a warm, welcoming and supportive environment. Since opening its doors in March 2026, the home has established strong foundations, welcomed its first residents and built a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding person-centred care.

Now we're looking for an exceptional Home Manager to lead the next chapter of Adel Square's journey.

You’ll be leading a purpose-built 86-bed service designed to offer exceptional living environments, supported by a talented team who are passionate about making every day matter for the people we support.

As Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for the overall leadership, performance and success of the home.

You’ll inspire your team to deliver exceptional care, ensure residents enjoy fulfilling and meaningful lives, maintain strong regulatory standards and drive sustainable commercial performance.

You’ll be equally comfortable supporting a resident and their family, motivating your leadership team, meeting with local healthcare professionals or developing new community partnerships.

Most importantly, you’ll create an environment where everyone feels valued, respected and proud to be part of Adel Square.

You’re an experienced care home leader who combines commercial awareness with genuine compassion.

You understand that successful homes are built on strong relationships, high standards and outstanding people.

You’ll bring:

• Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within elderly care.
• A proven track record of achieving strong occupancy levels and commercial success.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and developing future leaders.
• Good working knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and compliance.
• A passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working within a premium or high-quality care environment.
• The ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and community groups.
• A commitment to continuous improvement and achieving excellence.
