We Buy Vintage is seeking a hands-on Logistics Team Manager for our Leeds warehouse, leading a 15–20 strong team across sorting and auction consignments. You’ll balance floor work with people leadership to keep stock moving and processes running smoothly.
You’ll manage stock, security and health and safety, coordinate with drivers and vendors, and develop your team through coaching and training. This is a four-day-week role based in Leeds.
