Quality Lead

Woodlands Home and Garden Group is a growing UK manufacturing and distribution business, best known for our Tiger Sheds brand garden buildings and home improvement products. We design, manufacture, and deliver high-quality timber buildings to customers across the UK, combining practical craftsmanship with scale and innovation. The Quality Lead is responsible for improving product and service quality across operations through strong shop‑floor presence, clear standards, effective problem solving, and practical support to teams. This role focuses on reducing defects, rework, complaints, and service failures by defining what good quality looks like, embedding it into everyday working practices, and ensuring issues are resolved at root cause level. The Quality Lead will work closely with production, supply chain, logistics, and aftercare teams to build consistency, accountability, and pride in quality across the business.

• 40 hours (start & finish time to agree)
