Role Overview

The Quality Lead is responsible for improving product and service quality across operations through strong shop‑floor presence, clear standards, effective problem solving, and practical support to teams. This role focuses on reducing defects, rework, complaints, and service failures by defining what good quality looks like, embedding it into everyday working practices, and ensuring issues are resolved at root cause level. The Quality Lead will work closely with production, supply chain, logistics, and aftercare teams to build consistency, accountability, and pride in quality across the business.

  • 40 hours (start & finish time to agree)
  • Salary – negotiable (depending on experience)
