As a Production Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of our production processes. You will be responsible for producing high-quality GRP components and tooling and maintaining quality standards as part of the process.

Note:

Standard working hours Mon-Thu: 7am to 4pm (includes 20 min paid break and 30 min unpaid lunch), Fri – 7am to 1:30pm (includes 30 min unpaid lunch). An Immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate processes/produce parts according to SOPs and safe working practices.
 
* Perform quality checks of your own work as described in SOPs.
 
* Halt production if there’s a product non-conformance and notify the Production Leader.
 
* Identify, remove, and segregate defective products.
 
* Participate in lean manufacturing and process improvement activities when needed, to ensure we operate as an effective manufacturing team.
