About the Role
We are recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to join a fast‑paced drinks manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well‑established production team supporting warehouse and manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operating Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Supplying production lines with materials and packaging
- Moving finished goods to storage and dispatch areas
- Completing stock movements and scanning where required
- Carrying out daily equipment checks
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Supporting general warehouse duties when required
- Earlies
- Mornings
- Nights
(Flexibility is essential.)
Requirements- Valid and in‑date Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
