Your RoleWe are recruiting a Production Manager to join our
B. Braun Sterilog team in Pudsey. This is a key leadership position within a large organisation, where you will play an integral role in driving operational performance, supporting organisational change, and contributing to service improvement.
As a people manager, you’ll play an essential part in shaping a positive, inclusive, and development‑focused culture across the site. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (including participation in an on‑call rota)
Your main responsibilities- Lead, influence, and support teams through operational or organisational change
- Manage a high and varied workload, working autonomously and under pressure
- Apply strong commercial awareness and sound business judgement in decision‑making
- Contribute to improvement initiatives using modern manufacturing and lean principles
- Support project management activity, ensuring timely and effective delivery
- Build positive relationships and negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Uphold high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
- Use IT systems confidently to support reporting, communication, and performance tracking
- Management experience within a large or complex organisation
- Practical awareness of change management processes
- Experience of working to deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated experience of budgetary control
- Able to communicate confidently at all levels, and to large groups, both verbally and written
