Print Machine & Binder Operative (Print Finisher)

Location: Leeds City Centre

Contract: Approx. 2-3 months (long?term sickness cover, potential extension)

Start: Immediate

Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm

Pay Rate: £24.15 per hour

Are you an experienced Print Machine or Print Finishing Operative looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a skilled, detail?driven professional to support our busy print team based in the heart of Leeds City Centre.

In this role, you'll be an essential part of the production process - ensuring every printed product is finished to an exceptional standard before it reaches our customers.

• Operating and maintaining print finishing equipment including cutters, binders, laminators, and more
• Trimming, folding, binding, laminating, and packaging printed materials
• Conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy and excellent finish
• Collaborating closely with the print and production team to meet deadlines
• Troubleshooting minor issues and supporting equipment maintenance
  
  Managing finishing supplies and keeping the workspace organised and safe

• Previous experience in a print production or finishing environment
• Confident operating a range of print finishing machinery
• Experience using DUPLO finishing equipment is highly desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and strong hand?eye coordination
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple jobs
• Physically fit and comfortable working on your feet
• A proactive, team?focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Basic computer literacy and understanding of quality and safety standards
