We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented skilled or semi-skilled Electrical assembly operative to join our lightbar build team. The successful candidate will follow work instructions to assemble lightbars, electrical and electronic equipment, ensuring compliance with strict quality processes. Additionally, they will perform various production tasks to meet our business needs.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Assemble lightbars and electronic components using various power tools. Follow detailed work instructions and drawings to ensure accurate and efficient production. Always adhere to quality processes and standards. Perform various production tasks as required to meet business needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.

Skills Required:

Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions including wiring schematics. Ability to work in a methodical manner. Work well within a team environment.
