Zest Recruitment is seeking a Senior NPD Technologist in Leeds to drive exciting new product development from concept to launch. You'll work on both retailer and own-brand ranges, developing recipes and improving existing products.
Your responsibilities include conducting kitchen trials, supplier innovation, and mentoring junior staff. This is a hands-on role requiring a passion for food innovation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position involves 4 days on-site and 1 day working from home.
