Role Overview

A highly successful digital printing company is looking for a first‑class Production Manager with a willingness to succeed, taking the reins of the print production process within their high‑tech site.

They are looking for someone who can bring technical knowledge, innovative thinking and a dynamic approach to every project, ensuring client ideas are brought to life and delivered with maximum impact.

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team in a fast‑paced and busy production environment. You will be expected to provide clear direction to supervisors, team leaders and operatives and make important decisions in high‑pressure situations. You will need to motivate staff to ensure production targets are met while maintaining the company’s quality standards.

You must be a strong leader with strong communication skills – you will need to effectively communicate business goals and targets to the team. You also must have strong knowledge of manufacturing standards within the printing industry as you will need to cultivate and implement performance measures to ensure production standards are met. A strong and up‑to‑date knowledge of the latest policies and procedures required to manage a safe and compliant manufacturing facility.
