Redline Group Ltd is seeking a Manufacturing Manager – Critical Power to enhance Lean initiatives and operational performance at their site in Stamford, Lincolnshire. You will lead site-wide Lean manufacturing initiatives, focusing on efficiency and waste reduction.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing, excellent leadership, and communication skills, with knowledge of Lean methodologies like 5S and Kaizen being essential. Qualifications in Lean or Six Sigma would be advantageous.
