Assembly Operatives

Experienced Assembly Operative - Ashford We are currently recruiting an experienced Assembly Operative to join our client's manufacturing team based in the Ashford area. This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, where you will support a range of assembly and production tasks using hand tools. You will be expected to work accurately and efficiently at a fast pace while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Assembling components using a variety of hand tools Following work instructions and assembly specifications accurately Maintaining consistent quality standards throughout production Working efficiently to meet daily production targets Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe The ideal candidate will have:
Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing role Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Confidence and competence using hand tools A reliable, hardworking attitude and ability to work as part of a team The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday: 8.00am - 4.45pm Friday: 8.00am - 12.30pm (early finish) What's on offer:
