Production Engineer

Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for an exciting opportunity that has arisen for a hands‑on Production Engineer to join an established and growing manufacturing business developing innovative technical products for highly regulated environments.

This role is ideal for someone with a practical engineering mindset who enjoys improving manufacturing processes, solving shop floor issues, and getting directly involved in production improvement projects.

The business has several major product launches planned, making this a fantastic opportunity to come in and really shape the role whilst working across a wide variety of manufacturing and assembly processes.

• Supporting and leading manufacturing improvement projects
• Troubleshooting production and quality issues on the shop floor
• Improving manufacturing processes, efficiency and workflow
• Supporting introduction of new products into production
• Creating and maintaining technical/manufacturing documentation
• Supporting continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives
• Working closely with production, engineering and quality teams

• Previous experience within a Production, Manufacturing or Process Engineering role
• Hands‑on approach with strong practical problem‑solving ability
• Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
• 3D CAD experience is essential
• Experience with assembly, electronics or manufacturing technology environments would be highly beneficial
• ERP system exposure would be useful but is not essential
