Pay: £12.80 - £14.00 per hour

• Previous experience within mattress manufacturing
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: tufting, clipping, kitting or packing
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable and positive attitude

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:00am - 11:00am

• Mattress tufting and finishing
• Clipping and quality inspection
• Kitting components for production
• Packing finished products ready for dispatch
• Maintaining high quality standards
• Supporting production targets and deadlines
• Following health and safety procedures at all times

• Previous mattress manufacturing experience is essential
• Experience as a Production Operative in Mattresses
• Knowledge of mattress production processes
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and reliability
