Operations Team Leader - Stourton Dairy

Arla Foods Stourton has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Team Leader. The dairy is located in south Leeds and is one of the largest in the UK, capable of producing 750 million litres of milk per year. • Responsible for delivering operational plans and setting day‑to‑day team objectives, acting independently to deliver business policies and programmes in the creamery production department.
• Ensure a healthy, inclusive and safe working environment and promote a safety mindset.
• Ensure quality and food safety within own area of responsibility.
• Lead and manage the production teams with an LCO mindset to jointly improve performance using LEAN tools, APS, SPC, OEE, and be accountable for continuous improvements within the department.
• Responsible for KPI development including safety, quality, delivery, productivity and sustainability.
