Senior Site Quality Specialist - Stourton

Mon – Fri days
Reporting to the Senior QEHS Manager on site, you will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with food safety, regulatory and retailer requirements across the site, and for leading the site’s external audit programme.

• Drive a safe, inclusive workplace with a strong focus on food safety and quality culture.
• Ensure full compliance with QEHS standards, HACCP, BRCGS, and all legal/customer requirements.
• Lead QEHS strategy delivery, focusing on continuous improvement and audit readiness.
• Manage external audits end‑to‑end, ensuring successful outcomes and action close‑out.
• Provide expert quality support to operations, including incident management, root cause analysis, and team development.

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced QEHS professional with a strong background in food manufacturing, ideally within dairy. You will have extensive experience of retailer and industry audit standards (e.g., BRCGS), along with a solid understanding of HACCP, food safety systems, and regulatory requirements.
