Initially Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 1:00pm Pay: £13.45 per hour AM shift An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Production and Filling Line Operative to join one of our longstanding clients, a busy manufacturing business, in Newhaven. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity for someone with experience in production, manufacturing, machine operating, filling line work, compounding, mixing, blending, packing or warehouse operations.

Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse or factory work Good attention to detail and awareness of quality standards Flexible and proactive approach to work Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Forklift experience beneficial but not essential

The Role:

Carry out formulation and compounding duties Operate and monitor production machinery Work on the filling line, including cleaning down before new fragrances are filled Operate labelling machinery Complete end-of-line duties including weighing and strapping boxes Support stock control and quality checks Identify and report quality issues Keep the factory clean, organised and safe Clean spillages safely and promptly Operate a forklift and vacuum lifter once trained If you're keen to join an exceptional team who can offer training, long-term opportunity and a hands-on manufacturing role, then please apply to this Production and Filling Line Operative role below or call Martin Davis on between 8:00am - 4:30pm .
