Hours: Mon-Thu 06:00-18:00 or Tue-Fri 06:00-18:00 - Paid Lunch Breaks! NO WEEKENDS
Position: Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for Machine Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Sherburn in Elmet.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company offering long‑term work, full training and the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operating production machinery in line with company procedures
• Setting up and adjusting machines to meet production requirements
• Monitoring machine performance and reporting any faults or issues
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet specification
• Loading raw materials into machinery and removing finished products
• Recording production information accurately
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Supporting other production areas when required

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
• A good understanding of health and safety procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• FLT experience - Counterbalance or Reach
• Reliable, hardworking and eager to learn
