Vacgen Ltd seeks a Manufacturing Cell Leader to drive day-to-day machining operations from raw materials through to finished components. You will lead a production team, mentor staff, implement standard work and 5S, and ensure delivery against quality and cost targets in a high-tech environment.
Experience in machining leadership and continuous improvement is essential, with a background in mechanical engineering and relevant apprenticeships or ILM leadership training.
