Machine Operator

Find Core are thrilled to be assisting an established stainless-steel manufacturing and distribution business with the recruitment of a Machine Operator based in Preston.

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm

Key Responsibilities Operating production machinery safely and consistently Setting up tooling and preparing machinery for production Monitoring product quality and production output Completing production paperwork and recording results accurately Identifying faults and reporting issues promptly Carrying out routine cleaning and basic operator maintenance Working towards production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards Skills and Experience Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment Good mechanical awareness and practical problem-solving ability Comfortable completing measurements, quality checks and paperwork Reliable, safety-conscious and able to work well as part of a team Flexible approach to workload and production requirements Good timekeeping and attention to detail What’s on Offer Permanent, long-term employment within an established company.
