Kepak St. Merryn in Bodmin is seeking a Quality Controller to ensure production processes meet food safety standards at a CCP stand facility. This full-time role runs from 6.00am to production finish, Monday to Friday, with responsibilities across monitoring, testing and corrective actions.
Ideal candidates will have prior QC experience in food production, understanding of CCP/HACCP, and strong attention to detail along with solid communication skills. Training is available for CCP standards.
