IPS, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a Production Line Supervisor for the Saint Helens site to lead co-packing and manufacturing operations for major retailers and FMCG organisations. You will drive performance, maintain safety and quality, and ensure targets are met across shifts.
Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in fast-paced production, a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement to reduce waste and costs.
