Barfoots is seeking a Technical Operator to join our packaging/production team. You will report to the Cell Leader and oversee line operatives and agency workers, ensuring accurate data capture and implementation of short interval control within a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
The role involves operating multiple complex production lines, setting up machinery, and maintaining performance to target outputs across 12-hour shifts (4 days on, 4 days off).
