We are seeking a Manufacturing
Team Leader on the Day shift within the Mattress Department based at our manufacturing site in Beeston, Leeds.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Manufacturing Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations with the mattress department, ensuring quality, safety and productivity targets are met as well as supervising production operatives.

Hours:Monday to Thursday, 6am 4pm (39 hours)

Location: Beeston, Leeds. LS11 5SB

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production to meet output targets, maintaining accurate records and monitoring progress.
• Minimise downtime by resolving issues quickly and ensuring stoppages are authorised.
• Maintain stock levels to support uninterrupted production flow.
