Process Manager

The role

Join Schneider Electric as a Process Manager, leading the performance and optimisation of one of our core electrical switch gear & control-gear production lines. This is a high-impact role where you'll combine people leadership and process excellence to drive safety, quality, and delivery performance.

What will you do:
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Own and continuously improve end-to-end manufacturing & testing processes
Drive Right-First-Time quality, reducing rework and delays
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and electrical standards
Identify bottlenecks and improve flow, efficiency, and productivity
Champion Lean / SPS continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate across engineering, production, quality, and planning
Support customer audits and witness testing  What will make you successful:
Proven people leadership experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting
Strong ability to drive performance, accountability, and engagement
Confident decision-maker with excellent stakeholder management skills
Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
Understanding of electrical testing, HV/LV safety, or similar environments

Experience with Lean / Continuous Improvement tools
Degree, HNC/HND, or equivalent experience in Engineering or Manufacturing  What's in it for you:
