Position: Cleanroom Manufacturing Technician (Contract)
Your new company A global leader in pharmaceutical and biotechnology is looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join its specialist production team. An excellent opportunity to work within a highly regulated GMP environment, supporting the manufacture of innovative products used across research and diagnostics. You'll be joining a highly skilled and collaborative team working within a specialist manufacturing environment, gaining exposure to production processes, advanced analytical techniques and industry-leading quality standards.

Your new role As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out synthesis, purification, formulation and quality control activities in accordance with GMP and GDP requirements.

Working within ISO 5 and ISO 7 clean room environments, you will support the production of high-quality products while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Operating manufacturing and purification equipment, including HPLC systems. Performing routine quality control checks and product testing. Supporting formulation activities using UV-Vis spectroscopy. Completing manufacturing documentation to GMP/GDP standards. Maintaining cleanroom standards and equipment through routine cleaning and maintenance activities. Assisting with investigations, deviations and process improvements. Supporting continuous improvement projects. What you'll need to succeed Degree in scientific discipline or previous experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, chemical or cleanroom manufacturing.

Experience working within a GMP-regulated environment. Familiarity with laboratory or manufacturing equipment such as HPLC, AKTA systems, spectroscopy or similar analytical instruments. Experience safely handling chemicals or hazardous materials. Strong attention to detail and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Experience with SAP, Track Wise or similar systems would be advantageous.
