MIXING PLANT OPERATIVE - NIGHT SHIFT 6pm to 6am Competitive Salary upto 50k DOE | 4 ON, 4 off Night shift pattern
Location:
Denby, Derbyshire Pro-Found Recruitment Solutions are recruiting for a Mixing Plant Operative to join an established manufacturing business based in Denby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience looking for a well-paid, permanent opportunity working a 4 on/4 off nights shift pattern (training will initially be on days)
The Role You will be responsible for operating and monitoring automated mixing and batching equipment across the company's mixing plant, ensuring raw materials are accurately blended to meet production requirements. Duties will include:
Operating and monitoring automated mixing and batching machinery. Mixing raw materials to produce finished foam and dry blend products. Following production schedules and meeting output requirements. Carrying out quality checks and ensuring product standards are maintained. Receiving raw material deliveries and managing stock. Recording production information accurately using computer systems. Operating machinery safely and following health and safety procedures. Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
What We're Looking For Previous experience in Mixing plant is essential
Experience with in plastics, uPVC or extrusion would be advantageous. Valid FLT licence and hoist experience are essential. Basic computer skills (SAP experience advantageous). Good attention to detail and numeracy skills. A reliable, proactive approach with the ability to work independently. Full training on the company's processes and equipment will be provided.
