About the role…

As Brand Manager, you’ll take ownership of brand strategy and execution, ensuring marketing activity reflects the brand’s vision and elevates awareness, engagement, and loyalty across all touchpoints.

What you’ll be doing day to day…

• Developing and executing integrated brand campaigns from concept through delivery
• Managing timelines, budgets, and creative output, briefing internal and external teams
• Collaborating with creative, digital, product, and retail teams to bring campaigns to life
• Analysing audience insights, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy
• Ensuring all brand initiatives are measured and deliver clear, commercial results

About you…

This Brand Manager role would suit someone with proven experience growing a consumer, lifestyle, fashion, or retail brand, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves turning strategy into standout creative campaigns.

What we’re looking for…

• Experience managing or growing a consumer, lifestyle, fashion, or retail brand
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, campaign development, and audience insight
• Highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects and stakeholders
• Creativity combined with commercial acumen and strong communication skills
• Experience across campaign planning, content creation, and partnerships is a plus
