Reporting to the Head of Marketing (Wholesale), this role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution

You’ll be the driving force behind brand‑led campaigns, standout content and unforgettable events
, bringing the Manheim brand to life across the UK and Europe. This is a role for a marketing all‑rounder — someone equally confident shaping campaigns as they are rolling up their sleeves to deliver.

What you’ll be doing- Design and deliver integrated, multi‑channel brand campaigns aligned to business goals
- Create campaign roadmaps, creative briefs and activation plans that connect with target audiences
- Own and evolve the Manheim brand, tone of voice and messaging
- Craft powerful stories that position Manheim as Europe’s remarketing and vehicle services leader
- Lead campaigns from idea to execution — creative development, channel planning, launch and evaluation
- Create compelling content across social, video, blogs, events and more
- Ensure the website acts as the central hub for campaign storytelling
- Partner with the events team to deliver memorable brand experiences across the UK network
- Showcase the scale and strength of our auction and services ecosystem
- Translate data, audience insight and market trends into targeted, high‑impact campaigns
- Engage influencers, partners and brand advocates to extend reach and reinforce leadership
- Work closely with product, sales, creative and events teams to deliver joined‑up marketing
- Track performance, measure impact and show clear links between marketing activity and business results
- Regular travel across the UK and EU for campaigns, shoots, events and stakeholder engagement
You’re a confident, creative marketer who thrives in fast‑moving environments and loves bringing brands to life.
- A degree in Business or Marketing — plus real‑world marketing credentials
- Strong experience in brand marketing, digital marketing and influencer activation
- Outstanding writing and presentation skills
- The ability to turn data into action and influence business decisions
- A self‑starter mindset with creativity, tenacity and autonomy
- Excellent relationship‑building and collaboration skills
- The ability to juggle projects, priorities and stakeholders with ease
