We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of data and creativity. If you love seeing a direct impact from your work watching campaigns you’ve set up drive real sales, this is the role for you.
What you’ll do as a Performance Marketing Specialist:- Plan, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms
- Analyse performance using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio dashboards
- Conduct in-depth keyword research with Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Keyword Planner
- Manage campaign budgets independently, improving ROAS and CPA
- Carry out A/B testing using VWO, Optimizely, or similar tools
- Manage social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In & X/Twitter
- Create content assets (graphics, emails, digital imagery) where required
- Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver campaigns on time and on budget
- Provide clear and insightful reports to clients, showing the direct impact of their investment
- Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
- A creative spark to optimise campaigns and develop engaging ad content
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience across multiple paid channels and tools as above
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of campaigns
