As a brand that values innovation and excellence, they are on a journey of growth and are seeking a passionate Content & Campaign Manager to be a driving force in their continued success.
The person appointed to this position will be instrumental in elevating the brand’s value, increasing visibility and engagement, and maintaining a clear, unified voice and messaging across every customer and trade interaction. This opportunity calls for someone who thrives in a team-oriented environment, brings sharp creative judgement, understands commercial drivers, and demonstrates outstanding writing expertise.
You’ll bring proven experience from within an FMCG business or an agency environment where you’ve worked with FMCG brands. You understand the pace, complexity, and commercial focus of the sector, and know how to create content that not only inspires but also converts.
You’re as comfortable shaping big campaign ideas as you are rolling up your sleeves to deliver the detail - from briefing creative teams to analysing performance metrics.
- Lead the development and rollout of integrated brand and product campaigns across UK and European markets, ensuring alignment with strategic and commercial priorities.
- Shape clear, consumer-focused messaging frameworks that bring product positioning and innovation launches to life.
- Take ownership of branded content across digital platforms, CRM, website, social channels and trade communications.
- Create persuasive, high-quality copy for multiple audiences, including product detail pages, campaign assets, advertising and sales materials.
- Oversee the planning and delivery of creative assets, working closely with design teams on studio and lifestyle shoots from briefing through to final output.
- Ensure all product messaging and claims are accurate, compliant and suitable for use across different territories and channels.
- Collaborate with product teams to support upcoming launches, defining asset requirements and timelines to ensure successful go-to-market execution.
- Partner with performance marketing and agency teams to optimise campaign content for engagement, conversion and growth.
- Maintain a consistent and distinctive brand voice across every consumer and trade touchpoint.
- Contribute to effective marketing budget allocation, supporting strong return on investment across content creation and campaign activity.
