Salary: £35-45k, depending on experience
If you’re a Senior Creative who can shape sharp brand thinking into powerful campaign ideas and lead from concept through to execution, this could be the one.
We're working exclusively with this fast growing agency that is working with lifestyle and culture-led brands that want bold work. They’re looking for someone who can take ownership of briefs, develop compelling brand and comms platforms and create campaigns that travel seamlessly across channels and into the real world.
You’ll sit within a creative studio, partnering closely with the Creative Director and Account Leads, helping set the tone creatively and raising the bar across brand and campaign output.
What You’ll Be Doing- Leading the idea
Take briefs and turn them into strong brand and campaign platforms with a clear narrative at their core. You’ll shape the thinking, not just the execution.
- 🎯 Brand and comms focus
Translate positioning into integrated campaign concepts that work across paid, owned and earned touch points. Ensure the message is as strong as the visual.
Create ideas that flex across digital, social, content, OOH, retail and experiential. Make sure the campaign holds together wherever it shows up.
- 🎨 Visualising the thinking
Develop key visuals, campaign systems and decks that clearly articulate the idea and sell it with confidence.
- 🏟 Bringing ideas to life physically
Contribute to activations, events and experiences, ensuring brand and campaign thinking carries through into real‑world environments.
- 🤝 Creative leadership
Guide and inspire midweight and junior creatives. Collaborate closely with other teams to ensure the work lands brilliantly.
Act as a brand guardian while pushing the work forward. Know when to challenge and when to refine.
Present and defend ideas persuasively, articulating both the creative ambition and the commercial logic.
Stay plugged into culture, trends and emerging platforms to keep the work relevant and fresh.
- Skills and Experience
- 7+ years’ agency experience
- A strong portfolio of brand, comms and integrated campaign work
- Experience developing campaign platforms, not just assets
- Clear understanding of brand positioning and messaging frameworks
- Excellent conceptual thinking and visual communication skills
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders
- Approach and Mindset
