As The Pure Gym Group continues our growth there is the need for a CRM Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract) to support and manage the engagement communications for our DK and CH business. Join us in shaping the future of customer engagement and helping our members make the most of their Pure Gym membership and community.

The CRM team consists of 11 marketers and developers, based in Leeds and London. CRM sits within the broader marketing function, which manages all communications and acquisition activity across the Pure Gym Group.

The Role:

Reporting into the CRM Engagement Lead, this role will work with the wider Commercial and Marketing (CRM) team in developing a culture of best practice and continuous improvement.

As CRM Coordinator (FTC), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer engagement journey for our Danish and Swiss members and supporting wider initiatives across our UK and US markets. As one of three coordinators in the Member Engagement team, you'll work closely with our CRM Engagement Lead and other departments to develop and deliver insight-led, multi-channel campaigns that truly resonate with members.

From gamification to launching new benefits, classes, and promoting upgraded features, as well as driving excitement around equipment upgrades and club refurbishments, you'll help bring our brand to life in ways that build connection, value, and long-term engagement.

This is a unique opportunity to work on a diverse mix of projects and make a meaningful impact on member experience and loyalty.

Your

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, web, SMS, push and in-app to engage members throughout their journey.
  • Manage operational campaigns: own the end-to-end delivery of essential communications, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timely execution.
  • Analyse and optimise: work with Insight & Analytics to review performance, extract insights and run tests to improve engagement.
  • Drive innovation: champion new ideas, creative tactics and better ways of working to enhance member communication.
  • Become a Braze expert: whether new or experienced, we'll support you to become an expert within 6-12 months—using AI, automation and advanced features to deliver smarter, more personalised experiences at scale.

The Person:

  • CRM marketing passion: you possess or are keen to develop a thorough understanding of CRM and email marketing, including best practices, trends, and the competitive landscape, to deliver effective campaigns.
  • Marketing knowledge: you come equipped with a solid grasp of marketing principles or demonstrate a keen interest in learning and mastering the field.
  • Analytical abilities: you have experience or an innate skill in analysing data, with a flair for using insights and reporting to drive decisions.
  • Copywriting competence: whether through formal experience or developed skill, you have a proven ability to write compelling content.
  • Creativity and attention to detail: your creative approach is matched by a meticulous attention to detail, ensuring excellence in every project you undertake.
  • Initiative: you are proactive, comfortable working independently, and capable of initiating projects and solutions.
  • Experience:

    ideally, you have at least 1+ years of experience in a similar role, although it's your passion and skills that truly make you stand out.
