Paid Media Director - FTC

The Place To Be  are excited to be working closely with a digital agency that specialise within the world of travel, eCommerce and tourism. These guys offer services such as Paid Media, SEO and Content Marketing.

As a Paid Media Director, you’ll be taking lead upon the agency’s current paid media offering

• Lead strategic planning for tier 1 clients across PPC, Paid Social and Display
• Manage a team of 6 Paid Media specialists
• Sit within the senior leadership team and be part of agency discussion around growth
• Be part of department growth including recruitment
• Work closely with the sales and growth team, taking part in new business pitches
• Align paid media operations alongside other areas of search including

To be considered for this Paid Media Director role you must have a passion for all things Paid Media

• Strong experience with a Paid Media focused role
• Ability to plan strategy across PPC and Paid Social
• Previous hands on experience within campaign management of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat and Linkedin
• Ability to plan out digital marketing spends into the millions per year
• Experience in team leadership and development
• Commercial attitude and be passionate about client growth and return
• You must be able to commute to North Leeds, 3 days a week
• Ideally looking for a start date in April 2026 and be happy for 16-month fixed term contract
