Location: Fully remote UK & Ireland;
Engagement Status: 6 month contract
We have partnered with a high‑growth oncology biotech and to find someone to support the launch of a novel solid tumours asset across the UK & Ireland. Reporting to the Director of Commercial Operations & Customer Engagement, this role will lead brand strategy, cross‑functional execution, and customer engagement across multiple indications.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the UK & Ireland Solid Tumours Brand Team through multiple launches
- Develop and execute commercial strategy, brand plans, and tactical programmes
- Drive cross‑functional collaboration across Commercial, Medical, and Analytics
- Partner with Business Analytics on market insights, KPIs, and forecasting
- Deliver omnichannel strategies driven by customer insight and segmentation
- Manage budgets, financial planning, and performance tracking
- Build strong relationships with external KOLs and partners
- Ensure GxP compliance
, ethical conduct, and patient‑centric decision‑making - Represent the company at UK, Ireland, and European meetings and congresses
- Pharmaceutical commercial operations experience (sales, marketing, analytics, insights, SF effectiveness)
- Proven UK & Ireland product launch experience
- Oncology marketing and/or sales experience (PD‑(L)1 preferred)
- Strong brand strategy, forecasting, and financial planning capability
- Experience delivering omnichannel marketing strategies
- Solid understanding of GxP, compliance, and governance requirements
- Strong cross‑functional leadership within matrix organisations
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across commercial, medical, and scientific teams
- Highly customer‑and patient‑centric mindset
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
, able to simplify complex data - Strategic, agile, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
- Collaborative, proactive, and willing to challenge the status quo
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced qualification advantageous)
- 8+ years pharmaceutical commercial/marketing experience
- 3+ years oncology experience (PD‑(L)1 preferred)
- Proven UK & Ireland launch experience
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder influence skills
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and execution capability
