We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our UK&I Media team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with assigned affiliate partners across multiple brands. You will play an instrumental role in driving new initiatives and projects to grow the channel within our local structure for the UK & Ireland. You will be reporting directly to the Affiliate Team Lead, while working closely with other stakeholders in the UK&I Media team and across the wider UK&I cluster, including Marketing, Brand, Creative, AdTech teams and more.

Responsibilities
  • Build and develop strong relationships with assigned affiliate partners (including PPC, Paid Media, SEO, in‑app and more) across all verticals (casino, live casino, sports betting) and multiple brands.
  • Actively expand our portfolio of accounts by searching and acquiring new affiliate partners, while renegotiating existing agreements to ensure a positive ROI.
  • Monitor affiliate performance and traffic to run effective activity while ensuring high quality of the traffic sources and brand safety.
  • Manage reward plans in close collaboration with Central AdOps teams and ensure tracking solutions work as intended.
  • Ensure all material across assigned accounts is up to date, including campaigns, creatives, landing pages, bonus offers, links and more.
  • Analyse metrics from internal tools and platforms to track performance and continuously optimise the accounts (including CAC, NDC, ROI, LTV, Rev Share), and partner with the Analytics team to evaluate and optimise performance using data‑led insights.
  • Navigating tracking and attribution systems by partnering with AdTech teams to maximise our measurement capabilities across the channel and ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams to ensure messaging and creatives are aligned across the accounts and utilise best practices.
  • Work closely with the Central Marketing teams to ensure alignment, consistency and collaboration across markets.
  • Maintain personal networks by participating in meetings, conferences and industry events, including international travel.
  • Ensure full compliance with regional advertising regulations and other compliance standards.
Qualifications
  • 2–3+ years of experience across the Affiliate channel in the gaming industry (client side or affiliate).
  • Established relationships with industry leading affiliate partners will be considered a plus.
  • Good knowledge of the affiliate world in the industry – from a technical perspective, through best practices, to long‑term growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset, confident in spotting opportunities for growth and with professional experience in using analytics tools (Net Refer, Tableau/Looker, Google Analytics or similar).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent English is essential for this role, both written and spoken.
Benefits
  • Hybrid working – 3 days per week at the office, with flexibility for 2 days at home.
  • Workation – Take your job on an adventure with our Workation benefit for up to 4 weeks per year (T&Cs apply).
  • Plenty of time to recharge – 28 days of paid leave, plus all public and bank holidays in England.
  • Invest in your future – We match pension contributions up to 6%.
  • Comprehensive healthcare – BUPA coverage, including pre‑existing conditions, plus a cashback plan for dental, optical, and other treatments.
  • Wellbeing allowance – £250 annual allowance for you to invest in your health and wellbeing (T&Cs apply).
  • A great workplace experience – Talented colleagues, complimentary snacks and drinks, as well as breakfasts and lunches on a weekly basis.
  • A social culture you'll love – Regular opportunities to attend sporting events throughout the year, plus a quarterly team budget for even more fun.
  • Support for growing families – Up to 6 months of full pay for maternity leave.
  • Stay active & save money – Cycle‑to‑work scheme and gym discounts to keep you moving.
