About

the role…

As Senior Account Manager, you’ll be a key client partner, managing day to day relationships while ensuring projects are delivered smoothly, commercially, and creatively. You’ll work across a diverse mix of integrated projects, with a strong focus on retail and brand activation, and play an active role in growing accounts through spotting upselling opportunities.

What you’ll be doing day to day…
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships, acting as a trusted day to day contact
  • Overseeing integrated projects across brand, design, retail activations, events, and campaign rollouts
  • Ensuring work is delivered on brief, on budget, and on time
  • Working closely with internal creative, production, and project teams to deliver high quality output
  • Spotting opportunities to grow and develop accounts, adding value and driving repeat business
About you…

This role would suit a Senior Account Manager who enjoys variety, thrives in an agency environment, and is confident managing both clients and projects across retail and activation led work.

What we’re looking for…
  • Proven experience as a Senior Account Manager within an integrated, retail, or brand activation agency
  • Strong background working on retail and brand activation projects
  • Confidence managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to identify and drive upsell opportunities
  • A clear communicator who builds strong, long lasting client relationships
  • Open to global travel to support client projects
