Conservative Campaign Headquarters (CCHQ) is seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Digital Ad Manager to join our Campaigning and Digital department based in our Leeds HQ.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a central role in delivering high-impact digital campaigns that support the Conservative Party’s political, campaigning, fundraising, and membership objectives across the UK.
The successful candidate will lead the planning, delivery, optimisation, and reporting of paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, helping to drive voter engagement, supporter mobilisation, fundraising, and campaign visibility.
Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with campaign, communications, data, and political teams to deliver targeted, data-driven advertising campaigns at both national and local level.
Your responsibilities- Develop and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, You Tube, Tik Tok, Linked In, and X.
- Deliver targeted campaigning to support Party priorities, elections, fundraising, and membership growth.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using data and audience insights.
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure effective spend allocation.
- Produce campaign reporting and actionable performance insights.
- Work closely with creative, political, and regional campaign teams to deliver compelling digital content.
- Ensure all advertising activity complies with electoral law, GDPR, imprint requirements, and platform policies.
- Support rapid-response digital campaigning and political communications activity.
- Supporting drafting and delivering supporter and member emails - including key campaigns such as GOTV, Conference, fundraising, and mobilisation.
- Strong understanding of social and digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving political environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in political campaigning, public affairs, advocacy, or mission-driven organisations is desirable.
- Knowledge of electoral law and political advertising rules is advantageous.
