Arla Foods are currently seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our Milk-Based Beverages (MBB) team at our Head Office in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about brand building, thrives in a fast‑paced FMCG environment, and is motivated by the chance to shape the future of dairy.

How you will make an impact

As a Brand Manager within the MBB team, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our drinks portfolio in the UK. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll help develop and execute compelling brand strategies that connect with consumers and shoppers, while delivering against commercial objectives. You will collaborate with global and local stakeholders to identify new drink opportunities and elevate our brand presence in a rapidly evolving category.

Key

responsibilities include;
  • Driving delivery of short and long‑term volume, revenue, profit, and brand equity growth in line with the brand/category strategy
  • Leading the development and execution of annual brand plans in alignment with KPI’s and strategic objectives, including integrated 360°channel activation and retailer engagement
  • Monitoring brand performance, providing insight‑led recommendations, and managing the marketing budget for your brand to maximise ROI
  • Building strong relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders, including global brand teams, agencies, and cross‑functional partners (e.g. NPD and Product Management).
  • Developing insight led consumer and shopper plans while supporting and developing junior team members where required
What will make you successful?

We’re looking for an individual with proven experience in brand management within the FMCG industry. Experience working within beverages or impulse categories would be advantageous. You will bring strong commercial acumen alongside the ability to lead cross‑functional projects and manage multiple priorities effectively.

You’ll be a confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence and build strong relationships across the business. A passion for brands, creativity, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives will be key to success in this role.
