Head of Digital Marketing

Focus 5 Recruitment is looking to hire a Head of Digital Marketing for a fast‑growing digital B2C brand in the UK. The role is full‑time and office based in Leeds, with a focus on driving digital and e‑commerce growth across multiple brands.

• Own and execute the digital and e‑commerce marketing strategy across all brands.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing executives covering web, social, e‑commerce, email and other digital channels.
• Develop and implement a robust social media strategy to boost organic follower growth, expand reach, and improve engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, and Linked In.
• Lead the creation and curation of dynamic content and oversee the production of visual assets, including video and photography.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide strategic recommendations on digital marketing and e‑commerce best practices, staying current with industry trends.
• Design and lead the execution of the e‑commerce marketing strategy, taking full responsibility for its success.

• Proven experience managing a digital marketing team and scaling brands strategically.
• Track record of delivering successful digital and e‑commerce campaigns with measurable results.
• Hands‑on experience managing key social platforms and performance tracking.
• Experience working with influencers and external agencies to drive brand engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in advertising and digital campaign management, including oversight of visual content creation.
