• Planning, launching and optimising paid media campaigns
• Keyword research and campaign structure
• Bid, budget and performance management
• Writing compelling ad copy
• Monitoring analytics and campaign tracking
• Landing page performance analysis
• Reporting on campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Working directly with clients, providing insights and strategic recommendations

I'm looking for someone who is analytical, organised and passionate about delivering outstanding results. You'll be confident managing campaigns independently while also enjoying collaboration with colleagues across the agency.

• At least 3 years managing paid media campaigns
• Strong experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing Ads) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication skills with confidence to work directly with clients
• Great attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• A proactive approach with a genuine desire to learn and continuously improve
