The Role

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who lives at the intersection of high-end production and performance data. As our Growth Content Creator working within our Own Brand team on our direct-to-consumer (D2C) websites, you won’t just make "pretty" videos, you’ll build high-converting assets that stop the scroll and drive revenue. You’ll join a tight-knit, supportive team where your work directly impacts our scale, using a mix of raw UGC, polished motion graphics and psychological hooks to bring our brands to life across every feed.

What

You’ll Do
  • Storyboard & Edit: Produce high-energy, social-first static imagery, motion graphics and video edits for paid social channels including Meta and Tik Tok (UGC style, trending formats, and polished ads).
  • Test & Learn: Look at the data from yesterday’s ads to film a better "hook" for tomorrow’s content. Test messaging and creative variations to understand what engages with our target audiences.
  • Idea to Execution: Collaborate with the D2C team to storyboard new ideas based on social trends and customer insights.
  • Video Editing: Edit raw footage and UGC into fast-paced, engaging ads with native-feeling captions, overlays and transitions.
  • Media Buying: Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns in Meta and Tik Tok Ads Manager.
  • Strategy & Planning: Work with the small team to brainstorm monthly content pillars that align with our sales goals. Attend weekly performance meetings to see how your designs are performing and use that data to inform your next round of concepts.
  • AI & Innovation: Leverage AI tools to accelerate content production, from generating voiceovers to enhancing visual assets. You’ll be encouraged to experiment with generative AI for storyboarding, concepting creative "hooks," and rapid prototyping of ad variations.
Who You Are
  • You have a portfolio of video work that has actually been used in paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator or other video editing programs). Experience with Canva or Cap Cut for prototyping is a plus
  • You are comfortable in the "back end" of Meta/Tik Tok, you know how to set an audience and a budget.
  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals like "The Hook," "The Value Prop," and "The Call to Action".
  • You are an early adopter of AI tools. Whether it's using ChatGPT for copy ideas or AI plugins for video masking, you know how to leverage technology to work smarter and produce higher-quality output.
  • You are a self-starter. In a small team, you won’t just be following a brief; you’ll be helping to write it.
