Brand & Content Lead

About the role:

You’ll own and evolve the content strategy across multiple brands while remaining actively involved in day-to-day creation and delivery. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and commercial teams. This role will be central to supporting brand consistency, digital experience, and marketing innovation across the organization.

• Proven experience in brand development and managing tone of voice across channels.
• Strong copywriting and editorial skills, spanning website content, product copy, and campaigns.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple project timelines.
• Hands‑on experience using AI‑powered content and productivity tools to improve workflows.

• Experience working across both B2C and B2B audiences.
• Background in retail or ecomm or furnishings
• Any knowledge of UX and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
