You’ll be part of helping to shape creative strategy across high-volume digital campaigns while using data, testing, and consumer insights to drive measurable results.

• Strong experience in creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing
• Proven track record developing high-performing creatives for Meta, Tik Tok, and other digital channels
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills with a commercial, proactive, and detail-oriented approach

• Developing and executing creative strategies that improve campaign performance and acquisition efficiency
• Analysing creative data to inform testing roadmaps, optimisation opportunities, and future concepts
• Creating briefs, scripts, and concepts for UGC, design, motion, and video content
• Collaborating with marketing, compliance, and client teams to deliver compliant, conversion-focused campaigns

Hybrid working with a Leeds-based office, commutable from Bradford, Wakefield, Harrogate, Huddersfield and surrounding areas.
