iwoca is seeking a Growth Marketing Lead to design and launch the end-to-end marketing strategy for our new SME insurance business in the UK. This is a hands-on, high-impact role to build a scalable, multi-channel growth engine from Leeds.
You will own the go-to-market, run experiments across messaging, audiences and channels, manage campaigns, and eventually lead a marketing team. Expect close collaboration with product and sales, strong data usage, and a focus on acquisition and renewals.
